Bone Graft Implants
Advanced hard-tissue augmentation, sinus floor elevation, and ridge reconstruction for deficient jawbones.
Advanced Bone Grafting & Sinus Lift for Dental Implants
Long-standing tooth loss, severe periodontal disease, or trauma frequently results in severe jawbone resorption. At Lime Tree Dental Hospital, our Bone Graft Implant Center specializes in rebuilding missing jawbone architecture, ensuring that even patients previously turned away by other clinics can receive secure, permanent implants.
Using hospital-grade osteoinductive biomaterials and microscopic piezosurgery, Dr. Insu Kim reconstructs the bone width and height necessary for lifelong implant osseointegration.
Types of Bone Reconstruction Performed
- Sinus Floor Elevation (Crestal & Lateral Window)
When upper molars are missing, the maxillary sinus expands downward while the alveolar bone shrinks. We gently elevate the Schneiderian sinus membrane and pack high-grade bone matrices beneath it, generating 5 to 10+ mm of new vertical bone. - Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR)
Rebuilding horizontal bone width using premium particulate bone grafts covered by resorbable collagen membranes or titanium mesh to shield osteogenesis. - Socket Preservation (Ridge Preservation)
Placing bone matrix into the extraction socket immediately following tooth removal to prevent up to 50% of natural bone loss occurring within the first 6 months. - Block Bone Augmentation
For severe, localized structural deficits requiring solid cortico-cancellous bone reinforcement.
Premium Biomaterials Utilized
- Autogenous Bone: Patient's own bone containing living osteoblasts (gold standard).
- Xenografts (Bio-Oss, Switzerland): Highly purified bovine bone matrix with outstanding volumetric stability and osteoconductive architecture.
- Biocompatible Collagen Membranes (Bio-Gide): High-purity porcine membranes protecting regenerating bone cells while supporting healthy gum attachment.
